We are ACT Medical Group, a mobile physician company.
We aim to bring ease and convenience of a doctor's office to your home. We make house calls for patients who have difficulty getting to a doctor’s office due to their medical conditions.
Our purpose is to provide the best quality of health care in visiting home bound patients. It is like your visit to a doctor’s office, but this time, it’s ACT Medical Group physicians who visit you in the convenience of your home. We coordinate with hospitals to ensure you will get the best care.

Why us?
We are focused on providing medical services with the highest levels of customer satisfaction – we will do everything we can to meet your expectations.
We send our experienced medical directors and/or nurse practitioners to visit patients in their place of residence.
We also qualify home bound patients and issue referral orders if indicated. Moreover, our medical directors sign Form 485, Physician orders, Face to Face for qualified patients, refill orders, and treat non-emergency health issues.
Furthermore, we make sure to follow up visits when patients opt be treated and seen at their place of residence.
